How to Customize Your Google Form
1. Change Theme
Create a new form and click Change Theme on the top left corner.
2. Customize!
Choose the first default theme and click Customize.
3. The Header
You can upload your own funky header and own the form. Click Header Image.
4. Upload Away!
Drag an image into the dotted box or click the blue box to choose an image to upload. Alternatively, you can upload an image from your Google Drive. Voila, the image now adds flair to your form! We chose an image that was 843 x 218 and it worked perfectly.
5. Fit the Width, Look Cool
Check the box “Fit to width” under Header Image to make the Header fit the width of the form. This looks way cooler.
6. Background
You can customize the color or choose an image to upload in the background. Under Page background choose Change Image to upload your own OR click Removeand choose a color. You can also choose a color for the form itself under Form Background. Remember, its easier on the eyes to choose a light background and dark fonts.
7. Fonts!
You can customize the font styles, sizes and colors for the Title, Description, Question, Help Text and Options. Choose a font that best matches your brand.
